From target design to SBTi submission — here's what the journey looks like.

Plan Preparation

Together, we prioritize reduction initiatives, define milestones and governance (RACI), and formulate your Net Zero and near-term targets. This phase includes two workshops and takes 3–4 weeks.

Board Approval

We summarize the recommended transition plan and targets in a management presentation, support internal alignment, and facilitate board approval — with room for feedback and iteration.

SBTi Submission

We handle the entire SBTi submission process on your behalf — from structuring your targets and preparing the documentation to entering and submitting everything directly in the SBTi system.
